Cancellation Policy
For the safety of our guests, Naples Grp does not operate in unsafe weather conditions. The Captain will assess the weather and determine if conditions are unsafe. If a trip is canceled every effort will be made to reschedule the tour. If you are unable to reschedule you will receive a full refund or a voucher for a future trip.
